Accessibility Statement

MedTeq Portugal is committed to making this website accessible to all users, in accordance with Decree-Law 83/2018 of 19 October (transposing Directive (EU) 2016/2102) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.

1. Conformance Status

This website aims to be partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. We continuously review and improve accessibility across all pages.

2. Measures Implemented

  • Semantic HTML5 markup with proper landmarks (header, main, nav, footer).
  • "Skip to content" link for keyboard users.
  • Sufficient colour contrast and resizable text.
  • Alternative text on informative images.
  • Keyboard-navigable menus, forms and modals.
  • ARIA labels on interactive components.

3. Known Limitations

Some third-party content (e.g. embedded videos, PDF documents) may not yet meet all AA criteria. We are working to remediate these.
