- Contact and quote requests: 24 months after last interaction, unless a longer retention is legally required.
- Tax documentation: 10 years (Portuguese VAT Code, art. 52).
- Technical logs: up to 6 months.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction (GDPR art. 32), including HTTPS, access controls and encrypted backups.
